We are currently looking for dependable Lawn Care Technicians to join our lawn maintenance team.
Job Summary
The Lawn Care Technician works as part of a crew performing commercial property maintenance. This role focuses on lawn mowing, trimming, edging, landscape bed maintenance, and seasonal property services.

We are currently looking for dependable Lawn Care Technicians to join our lawn maintenance team.
The Lawn Care Technician works as part of a crew performing commercial property maintenance. This role focuses on lawn mowing, trimming, edging, landscape bed maintenance, and seasonal property services.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful properties.
Lawn & Landscape Maintenance
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist with maintaining landscape beds including weeding, planting, pruning, and mulching
- Help complete seasonal cleanups and general property maintenance
- Ensure properties are maintained to the high quality standards of ProScapes
- Operate lawn care equipment safely including:
- Commercial mowers
- String trimmers
- Edgers
- Blowers
- Assist with routine equipment care including cleaning and basic maintenance
- Help load and unload equipment and materials
- Work closely with the Foreman and crew members to complete daily routes efficiently
- Assist in keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Treat customers’ properties with respect and professionalism
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
- Tasks may include shoveling, snow plowing assistance, and applying de-icing materials
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting, walking, and operating equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
