Experienced Snow Plow / Loader Operator – Commercial Routes – Eagan, MN

Experienced Operators: Come Plow With a Company That’s Organized.

You know the difference between a snow company that has its act together and one that doesn’t. ProScapes has been doing this in the Twin Cities since 1958.

We’re looking for experienced operators to run commercial routes this winter, including parking lots, loading docks, HOAs, and business properties.

Pay: $32–$45 per hour based on experience. Overtime during extended events.

Equipment: Plow trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders with pushers.

What we expect:

• Safe, clean plowing that protects curbs, turf, and property.
• Pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks.
• Good communication with your supervisor about site conditions or problems.
• Showing up when called and finishing your route.

What we offer:

• Organized routes, site maps, and property instructions.
• Well-maintained equipment.
• 401(k) with match, plus paid time off for eligible employees.
• Year-round work available in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation if you want it.
