We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Care Foreman to lead a lawn care and maintenance crew.
Job Summary
The Lawn Care Foreman will lead a crew while working alongside the team to complete daily lawn maintenance routes. This position focuses on lawn mowing, landscape bed maintenance, seasonal property services, and winter snow removal operations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is comfortable leading a team while maintaining high service standards.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Care Foreman to lead a lawn care and maintenance crew.
The Lawn Care Foreman will lead a crew while working alongside the team to complete daily lawn maintenance routes. This position focuses on lawn mowing, landscape bed maintenance, seasonal property services, and winter snow removal operations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is comfortable leading a team while maintaining high service standards.
Crew Leadership
- Lead and supervise a lawn care crew performing commercial property maintenance
- Set the pace for daily routes while ensuring efficiency and quality
- Train and guide team members on proper lawn care and equipment operation
- Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Maintain landscape beds including weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching
- Assist with seasonal cleanups and property maintenance
- Ensure all properties meet ProScapes quality standards
- Operate commercial lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance including:
- Blade checks
- Oil levels
- General maintenance
- Washing and upkeep of equipment
- Communicate with management regarding route progress, property concerns, and customer requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high standards
- Assist with and lead snow removal operations during winter
- Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing services for commercial properties
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening
- Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial mowing equipment and lawn maintenance practices
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team and lead others
