Maintenance Mechanic
Mechanic / Fleet & Equipment Technician (Landscaping + Snow Equipment)
We’re looking for a skilled mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of landscaping and snow equipment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping crews productive and equipment reliable.
What you’ll do
Diagnose, repair, and service commercial landscape and snow equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal service (spring start-up / winter readiness)
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Maintain service records, parts usage, and repair notes
Coordinate parts ordering and communicate repair status to operations
Keep the shop organized, safe, and efficient
Equipment you’ll work on
Zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, walk-behind mowers
Skid steers, compact loaders, mini-excavators (as applicable)
Trucks and trailers (light-duty service/repairs a plus)
Snow equipment (plows, blowers, spreaders) as applicable
What we’re looking for
Proven mechanic experience (small engine and/or fleet/equipment)
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
